Eden da Vinci

The New Harmony of Living.

The Art of Regeneration Where Everything Speaks of Beauty

Leonardo da Vinci held a deep admiration for Milan, a city that became the hub of his artistic and scientific activity for over twenty years. In particular, the Navigli district fascinated him for its vitality and engineering potential. His connection with water and horses reflected a profound respect for nature, technique, and the harmony of movement.

During his stay in Milan, Leonardo was commissioned by Ludovico Sforza (known as Ludovico il Moro) to study and perfect the Navigli system, a cutting-edge hydraulic network that connected the city with the surrounding territory. His drawings and projects, preserved today in his famous notebooks, testify to a vision that unites functionality and beauty—exactly what happens in this place: Eden da Vinci.

Eden da Vinci is not just an apartment; it is a small sanctuary to rediscover inspiration and well-being. It is a modern atelier in the green heart of the Ticino Park, a short walk from the Naviglio and with a view of a castle that seems lifted straight from a Leonardo's drawing. Here, every detail is designed to welcome you into an atmosphere that is relaxing and elegant, but never artificial. A place where even silence has a gentle sound.

It was in Milan that Leonardo dedicated years to studying horses, which were symbols of strength and grace for him. One of these drawings, the "Study for the Equestrian Monument of Francesco Sforza of Milan," has become our symbol, with a reproduction displayed in the residence. Similarly, Eden da Vinci unites energy and beauty: Class A4 maximum energy efficiency, underfloor cooling, MVHR  (mechanical ventilation heat recovery ), fan coils, natural materials, and silent technologies guide you toward a more conscious, lighter lifestyle.

Are you tired of that feeling of exhaustion and demotivation? Your body is talking to you, and here it can finally be heard. Perhaps you are looking for something new, or you just need to stop and breathe. Eden da Vinci is the right place to do it. A place designed for those who, like Leonardo, love to observe, imagine, and regenerate.

Welcome to your new beginning.

Leonardo da Vinci

Just as in Leonardo da Vinci's celebrated equestrian studies—whose spirit is embodied by his drawing of the horse and rider, chosen as the distinctive symbol of our residence—and in the masterful composition of The Last Supper, the exclusive apartment-atelier Eden da Vinci is born from the convergence of art, ingenuity, and harmony with nature.

Here, every detail reflects the Master's vision: balance, proportion, and innovation merge in a modern sanctuary where beauty, silence, and functionality create a unique experience. Every space is conceived as a living work of art, where elegance and comfort engage with the surrounding light and greenery, offering guests a stay inspired by the genius of Leonardo.
